
Tabbouleh salad with quinoa
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked Quinoa
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon peppermint
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a bowl mix all ingredients, let stand 10 minutes and serve.
