Squash compote

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Quinoasure Instant Quinoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup squash (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions
Cook the pumpkin until tenders, you can check it by inserting a knife, if comes out easily it means is ready.
Once cooked, blend the squash with the other ingredients.
