1 cup cooked Quinoa grain
1/2 liter milk
1/2 liter milk cream
4 tablespoons sugar
1 sprig natural vanilla or 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Cook the milk, once you have the first boil add the chopped vanilla spring or vanilla essence.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens, then add milk, cream and the Quinoa.
Keep stirring until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the flan mixture into molds and bake at medium heat for 30 minutes.
Let cool and serve.
