Quinoa and apple compote


  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Quinoasure Instant Quinoa Powder
  • 1 peeled red apple
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 drops lime


Cook the apple for 3 to 5 minutes or until tenders.
In a bowl, and with the help of a fork, macerate the apple until you don’t see lumps, add the quinoasure and continue stirring.
Let stand, and consume.
